When doing asp programming, the IIS refuse to send the updated asp file. It kept displaying an old one although i've cleared the browser cache. I even deleted the file, but some how the browser keep on displaying the page as if it is still there... hey man... what's going on....??
One time i guess i can reboot the IIS on the server to solve the problem, but it seems that the server does not belong to me, so i've to rule the option out.
I almost go psycho on this thing, ....
After some thought, i start to change the original old file to see if it has any impact. The 'unlogical' approach to this is that the old file is already in the different directory (i put in under different directory as a backup), so quite impossible right that the browser can retrieve it...
but guess what, it work!!! The updated file that supposed to be displayed is there on the browser...
Hmmm... what's going on..?? i don't know.. maybe some expert out there or some microsoft guys can explain it....
